'Everything was amazing probably the best service I have ever experienced at any all inclusive resort. The food quality was top notch same with the alcohol provided the only negative thing which is completely out of anyone’s hands other than Mother Nature is the algae that tends to bloom and ferment on the shore during this time of year unfortunately this has been happening for the last 10 years but with that said the smell it gives off was horrendous other than that Amazing Amazing Amazing '

'My husband and I had a fabulous 4-night stay. The food was delicious, well-presented, and very high quality - even the buffet. The staff were all so friendly and welcoming. As newbies to the resort, we felt like we were treated as part of a family. We understood why we met so many guests who were on their 3rd or 4th stay. 'Wij vonden het een mooi hotel met mooie kamers en en prachtig strand. Mooie spa en mooi in de natuur. Waarom wij geen 5 sterren geven is dat wij ervaren dat er maar 1 restaurant per dag open was met een hele kleine kaart en wij niet vegan zijn en de vlees/vis opties erg beperkt waren en niet altijd even lekker. Wij hadden het idee dat het door het laagseizoen nogal uitgekleed was..'

'This was my first solo trip and this hotel made me feel safe, at ease, and relaxed. It's absolutely beautiful and peaceful. Not the loud noise that you hear in Cancun which i understand but it was the perfect getaway from the city life. Beautiful views, sunsets and sunrises... activities by the pool and the excursions are amazing. I was treated like a VIP guest and it was just little old me... highly recommend it '
