'Everything was very neat, the staff were friendly, there were plenty of dining options, and the coffee was delicious! The only downside was that the vegetarian options were somewhat limited. The hotel was close to the city center, so everything was within walking distance. Definitely recommend!'

'Check-in took a long time and Francisco the receptionist, could have been more honest and direct instead of looking for excuses.
The stay itself was really good. A bit more entertainment in the evening would have been nice.
Unfortunately, there is only a very small beach that can be used for the guests and this is not close to the pool area.'

'Friendly staff, nice big property with a lot of pools, even rooftop adults only ones. A lot of bars and great drinks. You never go hungry. Food was great and a lot of variety. Our room was really nice and got cleaned everyday. Property grounds are kept clean and plants trimmed. Golf carts are available for transportation. Pool bathrooms are kept real clean and stocked up with toiletries. '

All the staff were friendly and helpful, especially our concierge, Melissa.The complimentary airport transfers were convenient. Only negative was there were two short episodes of blackouts. Note that the area on the beach strip is very expensive dinning and limited transportation options that don’t break the bank! Bike rentals are you best option but even on the beach front road you have to pay to park your bike for dinner.'

There are no signs or rules and guests do not respect if others have been waiting and cut the line all the time. Need for signs in multiple languages to control better the line. '

"Prachtig, luxueus hotel. We hadden een residentie met 4 kamers, dakterras met grote vuurkorf, eigen zwembadje. Bedden en badkamers prima, leefruimte heel mooi enkel de keuken was zeer basic van kookopties: 1 kom, 1 pan. Het restaurant is een aanrader (wel prijzig), de poolbar is een pareltje, het zwembad is super mooi, er is yoga... Het is er ook rustig. Je hebt wel een auto of taxi nodig om naar het centrum te gaan. Het personeel spreekt zeer beperkt Engels. Kortom, absolute aanrader, een echte parel!"
