'Samantha and the rest of the staff were very friendly, welcoming, and attentive. The hotel is super cute with gorgeous plants, clean rooms, and a great spot on the beach. The Agave restaurant associated with the hotel was delicious. They have the tallest vantage point along the coast of Tulum so you can enjoy sunset over the trees and sunrise over the ocean. They also have a coffee service included where they bring you freshly roasted coffee and leave it outside your room at your desired time....

'The hotel is just new and has all the potential for a great stay, but currently some of the little things just make it not a 5/5. Our room wasn’t clean (there were nail clippings in the sink!) and when we mentioned it to the desk, it took 2 days for it to be actually cleaned.. in tulum you basically go everywhere by bike, but a 2 person room only gets 1 bike.. so you still end up paying. "The staff is very friendly, and the rooms are cleaned very well every day. The resort is large and incredibly spacious, beautifully green with wildlife. I was a bit disappointed with the food. It could be more varied, in my opinion. There are several swimming pools and a private beach with bars where you can order good drinks. The adjacent Xcaret park is highly recommended for children, but definitely for adults as well."
