'We had a great 2 weeks! The staff all worked hard to meet any needs we had. The food was good for an AI. We stayed on the seaside , the only complaint was the walls between the rooms we not sound proof at all. If I were to come back I would stay on the Palms side.'

'De ontvangst ging stroef, de jongeman was nors en totaal niet vriendelijk. Maar eenmaal in de studio ging alles prima. De kamer was schoon en ruim. Ik zou wel voorstellen dat er een klein pakketje klaarligt voor gasten die een paar nachten zoals wij daar verblijven. 'This property was beautiful on the outside with a great pool scene. It is also conveniently located just steps away from Playa Mamita Beach and 5th Avenue. HOWEVER, internally, the room was quite run down and dirty. Many electrical outlets didn't work. The entire hotel's water was shut of during the middle of the night secondary to reportedly repeated water pump failures explained to me by the manager of the property.
