'Our Villa was not on the beach but it was spectacular. With a private pool and jacuzzi. It was family-friendly. Many activities for the kids. Bicycles were given to each family member. The beach area is amazing. It has a great restaurant and a nice pool. The restaurants at the hotel and at the other Mayakoba hotels are very good. The best part is the staff. They accommodate and coordinate everything you want. Our personal concierge Madai was GREAT! '

However, we were overrun by those attending an event at the conference centre and our experience was negatively impacted as a result - bar areas closed off. Reduced staff. No wait list system operated for diving/activities so my husband very nearly missed out because of a last minute late booking despite the fact that he had been in...

'Pool chairs were impossible to get had yo ne uo by 530am to get chairs- Robes in room would be nice Akso would be nice to make dinner reservations at all restaurants everything was booked when we got there for almost the entire week. staff very friendly and helpful '
