'My first all inclusive and visiting Mexico. Girls getaway planned 4 nights at Hyatt Zilara and we loved everything about it. Buffet had many options, pool area was clean with many servers. The resort was quiet, peaceful and safe. The staff went above and beyond to accommodate guests. We also enjoyed the nightly entertainment.'

'Blue Diamond was great when I first arrived, but unfortunately, the experience declined as my stay went on. I paid for four nights but only ended up staying three, as I chose to move to another all-inclusive resort for a day. Service was a consistent issue. The bellboys often kept guests waiting under the hot sun for over 10 minutes, and overall responsiveness was slow. 'The sister resort next door has way more food options. Pool deck is very rough and needs resurfacing, bring appropriate footwear. Beach front was washed away. Not much sand area and first 20+ feet of ocean is very rocky.'

De vele verschillende managers en het personeel van de receptie waren onder maat voor zo'n keten.
