'Our Villa was not on the beach but it was spectacular. With a private pool and jacuzzi. It was family-friendly. Many activities for the kids. Bicycles were given to each family member. The beach area is amazing. It has a great restaurant and a nice pool. The restaurants at the hotel and at the other Mayakoba hotels are very good. The best part is the staff. They accommodate and coordinate everything you want. Our personal concierge Madai was GREAT! '

'Great all-inclusive resort. The food was absolutely outstanding, the drinks were also great. It was not jampacked with people and felt very private. There was never a wait for meals and there was plenty of loungers and seat seats at the pool.'

'Beautiful resort. Suggest having options available for people who have later flights - i.e. more generous late checkout options or at least access to lockers and showers. Candidly, for the cost, the resort had limited things to do aside from sitting by the pool.'

Massive resort but continuous shuttle service made navigation easy. Staff was extremely welcoming and helpful. Will definitely be visiting again!'

'De service en personeel in de restaurants waren super vriendelijke en correct. De spa en medewerkers waren zeer correct en vriendelijk. De vele verschillende managers en het personeel van de receptie waren onder maat voor zo'n keten. Als je geen membership wilde kopen dan waren ze opeens niet meer vriendelijk en zelf arrogant naar de gasten toe.'
