'Leider war Schlaf kaum möglich, da die ganze Nacht Bauarbeiten (laute Schleifarbeiten) am Nachbargebäude stattgefunden haben. Weiter ist das Wasser in der Dusche salzig und nicht warm. Wir sind daher einen Tag vorher angereist. Das Personal war wiederum sehr nett '

'Great property, not too crowded and spacious clean rooms. The beach was cleaned daily, but there is still seaweed on the ground and in the water. We had the all inclusive package which is highly recommended as we would have spend about $1500 per day for 4 extra without it! Lots of families with young kids, but the property is spacious so you can always find privacy.'

'My husband and I take trips to the Caribbean once a year. We typically don't consider going to the same place twice. However, our stay at the Blue Diamond has made us rethink that decision. The customer service, facility, and food were amazing. The food always tasted so fresh and the Mexican dishes were particularly fantastic. Our experience is definitely a memory we won't soon forget. This was hands down one of our best travel experiences.'

'The food was very nasty the excursions workers took our money and lied to us about what we was doing the concierge was extremely disrespectful after I try to explain to him what happened he was very useless and rude going back and fourth with me they never help me they just took my money and told me that they can’t do nothing about it ruin my birthday never agin'

'It was our third time staying at the Princess resort, and although our stays are quick we really enjoy all the amenities, since the property has been renewed, you get cleaner updated rooms, if you travel with small children the waterpark was updated and is bigger which now adults n kids can enjoy. Everyone from lobby to the beach bar were excellent. A new arcade room was built next to the sport bar, and the menu there was expanded a bit. You don't get a 5 star food but it is tasty. I would...

'Perfect vacation!'

'We stayed for 9 nights and there was not a day without some kind of mistake or misunderstanding. The staff is very very polite and friendly, but they lack professionalism and training. Some servers in the restaurants don’t speak very good English, so that can be an area of improvement. The overall impression is that the whole operation is out of tune. Strong management and review of all aspects of operations is recommended. Alila is not on par with the rest of the Mayakoba hotels.'
