'Astonishing breathtaking view of the ocean looking at Cozumel! Super friendly and professional staff, from concierge to all restaurant staff, it felt personalized all along our stay!! Great value for a boutique hotel!! Food never lacked in quality but the only thing to improve is on consistency, when ordering the same dish a few times, it never tasted the same, alway good but different! 'Service, cleanlines food is all great. Best area on the beach and they clean it all day long. It is quieter resort and smaller, so less food options, but that was perfect for us. Spa and Hydrothreapy are very nice. No need to worry about reserving chairs by the pool or beach. It is a great resort. '

'The grounds, beach, pool areas were all lovely, very clean and manicure. All of the staff at the hotel (from the customer relations, housekeeping, waiters & grounds staff to the recreational folks) ALL were excellent, friendly and courteous. We felt that all of the specialty restaurants, including the buffet, and the open early to open late coffee shop in the lobby. We’re all very good. Each one had a different atmosphere and location on the property so we didn’t feel the need to go looking...

'Exceptional stay! Super clean rooms and grounds, great cocktails, beautiful well kept grounds, delicious food (better than any other all inclusive resort) incredible nature, all green around, and most importantly top service. Breakfast buffet was OK, when it was hosted in the Italian restaurant the options were underwhelming, when it was moved to its main location (Mexican restaurant?) it got better but was still just OK. I also wish they had more activities for kids (outside of kids club). But...

'I consider my review to be as objective as possible, as I am an experienced traveler. What can I say about the hotel? If you are looking for peace, privacy, decent à la carte food (no buffet), and wonderful, attentive staff, then this hotel is definitely for you. The hotel is absolutely beautiful and surrounded by lush greenery. You literally live in the middle of the jungle — among palm trees, vines, and many interesting animals that do not disturb you at all, so there is no need to be afraid....

'De service en personeel in de restaurants waren super vriendelijke en correct. De spa en medewerkers waren zeer correct en vriendelijk. De vele verschillende managers en het personeel van de receptie waren onder maat voor zo'n keten. Als je geen membership wilde kopen dan waren ze opeens niet meer vriendelijk en zelf arrogant naar de gasten toe.'

'New rooms, spotless clean, cleanest rooms I started in, food was great- lots of choices and good quality, they had a lot of activities that were free such as kayaking, bike riding to see the cenotes on their property, beaches were beautiful, fun activities for kids, we will be coming back there. '
