'Excellent staff'

'The staff at check in and out could use some hospitality training - this is our 4th stay and this has never improved although overall service at the resort has significantly improved aside from this. The amenities and location are wonderful and it is a beautiful resort. The waiters at the beach were excellent as always and should be given a shout out including Victor, Juan and Edwin'

'A True 5 Star resort. We (2 Adults and Twin Kids of 3.5 Yrs.) stayed for 9 days (8 nights) in The Grand and had an amazing time. The hotel is very clean. The food is overall good and the drinks are great. This was one of the resorts when you truly had the feeling the staff enjoyed working there something we did not always experience in other five star resorts. Genuinely nice warm people. The concierge was very helpful and communication went flawless. '

'I truly enjoyed my solo stay here for a couple days ocean view from the infinity pool is breathtaking! The room was beautiful the shower. Was amazing the aroma around the whole property smelled so good !! Enjoyed the full moon celebration they had one night with live music and they had a telescope for amazing views of the moon ! 'Let me start with the positives. The staff are absolutely great. They are happy, gracious and, responsive and overall make for a very pleasant atmosphere. The food is phenomenal. From basic nachos and burgers, if that's what you feel like, to elevated breakfast and lunch, to top notch star-level dinners. 'Truly enjoyed the Fairmont. Beautiful property, great food at the pool restaurant. Friendly staff there as well. One big frustration was the totally unreliable staff at the reception/golf cart transportation on site: several times we were told: a driver is on the way, will be there or told by a driver “justifying around there back in a minute” without anyone ever showing up afterwards.
