'Super friendly staff. Good location as long as you have a car, note that there is no Uber in the area and it's not walkable though. There are a few small local restaurants across the street plus a 7-11 and a pharmacy. Room is comfortable and climate controlled. Downside is that there is a fair bit of road noise in some rooms, and we did have to have the staff replace our bedding as our original bedding had a small stain. But on the whole I would recommend this place and would stay here...

'Astonishing breathtaking view of the ocean looking at Cozumel! Super friendly and professional staff, from concierge to all restaurant staff, it felt personalized all along our stay!! Great value for a boutique hotel!! Food never lacked in quality but the only thing to improve is on consistency, when ordering the same dish a few times, it never tasted the same, alway good but different! All in all thank you!, i would repeat no questions asked!'

'Room was very clean and comfortable. Beach area was beautiful. A few hiccups with the restaurants but overall very good. Nightly entertainment was a little on the bland side. Some sections of the paved walkways need repair. Otherwise staff was super friendly and helpful, another great stay at OMR!'

'We absolutely loved staying here! We had a swim out room right near the party pool and loved it! They had activities everyday and the staff is so welcoming and sweet! The bellhop guys remembered us by name and everyday they greeted us everytime we saw him! The entertainment team is so much fun too! Saturday’s foam party is amazing and coco bongo was the best time ever! Only thing I will say that I didn’t enjoy was how early we had to get up to reserve a chair by the pool seeing that it’s first...

'We loved it. The room was spotless and cleaned and stocked daily. The food and drinks were outstanding - we didn’t have a bad meal. The staff are all so friendly and willing to go above and beyond. We loved the daily pop-up events the resort had, they really catered to all ages. We can’t wait to go back again.'

'De service en personeel in de restaurants waren super vriendelijke en correct. De spa en medewerkers waren zeer correct en vriendelijk. De vele verschillende managers en het personeel van de receptie waren onder maat voor zo'n keten. Als je geen membership wilde kopen dan waren ze opeens niet meer vriendelijk en zelf arrogant naar de gasten toe.'
