'Leider war Schlaf kaum möglich, da die ganze Nacht Bauarbeiten (laute Schleifarbeiten) am Nachbargebäude stattgefunden haben. Weiter ist das Wasser in der Dusche salzig und nicht warm. Wir sind daher einen Tag vorher angereist. Das Personal war wiederum sehr nett '

'Good things first. The staff are lovely. The breakfast is fresh and delicious. The proximity to a nice family beach is a 2 min walk away. The bad. Over priced. Both airconditioners didn't work. Bad smells from blocked drains and there is a building site right next door. Jack hammers and noisy 3 out of 7 days. Cant stay in room. Also taxi ride to main tourist strip.'

'My wife and I stayed here for our anniversary. The best part of our trip was meeting people at the main pool parties. The pools were fantastic, the rooms were spacious, and we loved having access to the other Princess resorts and their amenities. Most of the restaurants were very good except Bruschetta, the Italian restaurant. We also want to recognize a couple of the bellmen who were genuinely friendly and helpful. 'Everything about this resort is just beautiful. The check in process was a breeze, the staff is so friendly and helpful and professional. All the food was great. Especially Ember restaurant. We had an especially large group and all the staff were so accommodating and the food was truly amazing. The manager Jose Luis came over to our table to make sure everything was to our liking. We were all so pleased . Can’t wait to come back .'

He also made a different design with our bedding the room was perfect and spacious to include beachfront view The property was immaculate landscaped beautifully Luz the masseuse was excellent All other stall we encountered was friendly professional and courteous. My only suggestion is to add lettering on buildings so you know which way to go'
