'Our Villa was not on the beach but it was spectacular. With a private pool and jacuzzi. It was family-friendly. Many activities for the kids. Bicycles were given to each family member. The beach area is amazing. It has a great restaurant and a nice pool. The restaurants at the hotel and at the other Mayakoba hotels are very good. The best part is the staff. They accommodate and coordinate everything you want. Our personal concierge Madai was GREAT! '

'Leider war Schlaf kaum möglich, da die ganze Nacht Bauarbeiten (laute Schleifarbeiten) am Nachbargebäude stattgefunden haben. Weiter ist das Wasser in der Dusche salzig und nicht warm. Wir sind daher einen Tag vorher angereist. Das Personal war wiederum sehr nett '

'Good things first. The staff are lovely. The breakfast is fresh and delicious. The proximity to a nice family beach is a 2 min walk away. The bad. Over priced. Both airconditioners didn't work. Bad smells from blocked drains and there is a building site right next door. Jack hammers and noisy 3 out of 7 days. Cant stay in room. Also taxi ride to main tourist strip.'

'Yes, you can find much prettier beaches that don’t have Cozumel out on the horizon! That is the ONLY “complaint” about this place. Phenomenal doesn’t begin to describe the 5 nights my wife and stayed there for our anniversary. Premium liquor (the Don Julio’s is never ending), top shelf food (presentation, portion, and quality), the views and location are incredible! The property is meticulously maintained… the noisiest time is just after sunrise when they are taking the beaches and trimming the…...
