Food never lacked in quality but the only thing to improve is on consistency, when ordering the same dish a few times, it never tasted the same, alway good but different! Super clean rooms and grounds, great cocktails, beautiful well kept grounds, delicious food (better than any other all inclusive resort) incredible nature, all green around, and most importantly top service. Breakfast buffet was OK, when it was hosted in the Italian restaurant the options were underwhelming, when it was moved to its main location (Mexican restaurant?) it got better but was still just OK. I also wish they had more activities for kids (outside of kids club). But...

'Beautiful property with lots of ways to relax in style, but also with plenty of activities. A solid 75% of the staff members were friendly, helpful and eager to serve. The suite had plenty of space with a nice shower, proper toilet room and a spacious terrace with a great view of the resort and beach. '

'Fantastic stay! The beach was beautiful and well maintained, food was delicious, rooms are ample and super clean. We had previously stayed at Royal Haciendas in 2023 and did not have a great experience - we thought we would give this place another try and have nothing but great things to say about our stay in 2026. Once of our guests experienced an injury while at the resort and I can not highly recommend the Dr. on site enough - he is very thorough and genuinley cares about his patients....

'The room was clean and had all the facilities needed. Staff was friendly. The rooms are so noisy, you hear noise the entire night, I think there is no isolation at all. They provide earplugs in the room, but even they don’t help a lot, you can still hear the noise from outside through them. '
