We had a swim up room that we enjoyed thoroughly as the pool off our deck was beautiful. The beds were super comfortable and we would recommend El Dorado Royale to anyone looking for a relaxing beautiful all inclusive resort. '

'Food was amazing, Room was super clean, if your younger I recommend you stay more towards Cancun the taxi to get out of here is really expensive and Ubers or didi can’t pick up in playa del Carmen so you’re stuck paying over 100 dollars ONE WAY each time. Also recommend to arrange a way to get here because they also don’t allow uber in the airport and got stuck paying 140 in taxi fees just to get in here. Lo único que puedo decir es q para la ubicación siempre necesitas un auto o un servicio de taxi pero la distancia es auto son cortas a 10 - 15 min del centro de playa de Carmen en auto, esto también favorece al final porque la zona es súper tranquila, cero ruido excelente para descansar.'
