Positief: Netheid, personeel en service
ATTENTION: there is no swimable beach! Rocky everywhere. It’s terrible :( please look somewhere else if want to walk and swim in the beach
Food: we didn’t want an all inclusive because we wanted quality food. Well I felt like we were basically just paying for food that would actually be at an all inclusive. It just wasn’t fresh. You’re paying triple for everything here by the way. It’s a full on money trap.
Room: the update and style was very pretty showers were nice. The room itself if you lower the ac you start to smell a musty smell. All of are closes were moist from all the moisture in the rooms from it being so humid in the jungle. It wasn’t pleasant. We did also find a cockroach in our room. We did keep our windows closed.
Property: remember if you want coffee and snack you need to physically take a trolly to get there and it’s not convenient what’s so ever. Leaving property is expensive and other cities are about 30min away.
Staff: wonderful best part of the place .
