'We had a wonderful stay at Platinum Yucatán! The resort was beautiful, with access to the sister resorts, great food, plenty of pools, and a relaxed atmosphere that never felt crowded. 'Good things first. The staff are lovely. The breakfast is fresh and delicious. The proximity to a nice family beach is a 2 min walk away. The bad. Over priced. Both airconditioners didn't work. Bad smells from blocked drains and there is a building site right next door. Jack hammers and noisy 3 out of 7 days. Cant stay in room. Also taxi ride to main tourist strip.'

The staff at this resort was so friendly and helpful and our family concierge Cynthia went out of her way to make every single day feel special and magical, especially for our kids, but also for me and my husband.
