The first thing that I would say is that this is absolutely not an all inclusive. Most things around the resort had some things that were included and other things that were not. Room service as in the food itself was included, but you had to pay for it to be delivered. They would deliver wine in a glass, but no cocktails.. The quality of the rooms and the cleaning, depending upon the building that you were in. We had an issue with one of the electronic wristbands, if you totally lost it, it would cost US$125 to replace but they never told you that upfront. By and large the food in the restaurants was quite good as was a service. Unfortunately, no one with a regular reservation at the resort could make a reservation at the restaurants. It was all first come first serve which one you were travelling with a large group of people doesn’t really work the hostessing staff at the French restaurant was particularly awful just as an FYI. All of the bartenders were fantastic. The spa services were also wonderful, except for the fact that they were exorbitantly priced. For frame of reference an 80 minute massage was $300. The beach sand was phenomenal, but unfortunately, it did not get raked every day. The other issue was that in order to have an ocean view while you were sitting on the beach, you would’ve had to purchase a cabana for an additional fee.
My overall experience was OK. They should not mark themselves as all inclusive!
