'Creo que el servicio en general puede mejorar tanto en los restaurants como del personal en general. En recepción muy bien todo, pero en nuestra habitación o faltaba el café o faltaba la cafetera, el minibar no enfriaba. Los restaurantes con buena variedad pero demasiada fila para acceder a las parrillas, además de muchísimo calor por falta de climatización. Falta señalización en general y servicios de meseros en espacios como la playa y las albercas. El lugar es hermoso y muy seguro.'

'Not so Good..... Ask about the restaurants, as they only had two open. The main international one had practically the same food every day. Their Mediterranean food place was closed the entire time we were there, which sucked. Ask about that. I got really sick one day with the food. The place is beautiful but isolated too far to walk anyplace except their nearby restaurant that we had access too although it is for adults only. You have to rent a car or pay $50 one way to the downtown...

'Me encantó la ubicación del hotel junto al mar del caribe muy limpio y tranquilo, la villa limpia con vista al mar, la atención del servicio de primera, la distancia del aeropuerto al hotel muy cerca, pude salir a caminar al malecón ya que estaba muy cerca de la zona turística. 'This was a great location to walk to interesting restaurants in town and to be able to hop on the ferry to Playa del Carmen. The room were modern, clean and we had hot water all the time. The staff were always pleasant and willing to help. This is not the location for the white sand beaches but they are a taxi ride away.'
