Positief: Netheid, staat van de accommodatie en faciliteiten
The room was clean, bed comfortable. Nice view, though more obstructed than I expected. The staff were very annoyed- I didn’t feel particularly welcomed. Even at checkout, there was no conversation about how our stay was. When I asked for things like an extra blanket I was met with annoyance. The bartender was nice, when she was around, which wasn’t much. No washcloths provided, which I found odd. It is very very loud at night which is to be expected downtown, and to be fair the door kept the noise pretty low all things considered. I wouldn’t go back mostly bc I felt awkward the entire trip and I even speak Spanish so it’s not like I expected anything crazy in terms of communication. I still wonder if it was cultural expectations based on an American hotel. They weren’t hostile- but they were not accommodating. If you want to be downtown with easy access to everything- and a clean hotel with a decent breakfast, this is a fine choice.
