'Everything we were looking for in a weekend getaway. We were disappointed the pool was very cold and the sauna wasn’t working but it was September so the cold pool wasn’t really a shocker! Everything else was top notch: friendly staff, comfy bed, outdoor patio with firepits. Didn’t get to try the restaurant or bar but imagine they are also excellent! Highly recommend!'

'After a scam of a book in at Brentwood Hotel, this was a similarly price and close location to where we wanted to be. The rooms were spacious and clean. The staff was kind and accommodating. My kids even got fresh baked cookies upon arrival! The pool was on the smaller side but it was perfect for our young kids. Breakfast was delicious and plentiful. Would definitely stay here again!'

'I only went there to sleep and have breakfast but it was a really nice hotel and I would definitely stay here again and hopefully be and to use the other facilities like the gym and the pool. The food was great and the little interaction I had with the staff was very positive. I have no complaints at all'

'I came here on September 6 and the place was very clean very quiet and I actually slept very well and hopefully I can get an appointment for massage. I had no problems here whatsoever.'

'From before we arrived the staff was wonderful! Very impressed with the hotel and the little perks like the evening happy hour reception with free drinks & snacks. Location is great, easy parking and very walkable to downtown. Great breakfast included as well!'

'It is close to the Saratoga Race Track and they provide a shuttle. The shuttle was a surprise. The whole staff are really friendly and helpful. There is shopping and restaurants nearby. The property is well kept and clean. '

'Andrea greeted us on arrival. She was helpful and kind. Our room is lovely. Ran out of conditioner. I responded to Andrea’s welcome text… quickly received not only conditioner as requested, but also a gift bag of snacks and sweets! Andrea gets an A plus for customer service for sure! We will be back'

'A good location if you are going to an event at SPAC, or doing anything in Saratoga Springs. The man at the front desk was very kind and helpful. The bathroom was not very clean (hair in drain.) Mostly a good room.'
