'The hotel is new so nice. Growing pains for sure. Our friends room had ants. They gave them a can of ant spray and didn’t clean the room. We discovered you have to ask for housekeeping services. Nothjng in room indicted that. Not having a round the clock office open is challenging.'

'This hotel was outstanding. The room was a perfect size for my husband and me. All of the staff were incredibly helpful and went above and beyond. Especially Jackie. The breakfasts for delicious, varied and in a very lovely room. This was our first visit to Saratoga. We would definitely stay here again the next time.'
