'I took a solo trip for myself this past weekend & booked a room at the Bellwether. I’ll start off by saying I couldn’t have been more pleased with my stay. The hotel is beautiful! Clean lobby and clean & spacious room! The bed was firm but inviting. I slept like a baby. The only issue I had was finding close parking. I would definitely recommend this hotel to others. '

'This home has it all and I slept in the sunroom on the porch couch just to watch and hear the river traffic, and that was the best rest ever and can’t wait to go back. It’s got river features that come with the territory but look past that and you too will enjoy every minute here in paradise. '

'Beautiful home with up-to-date appliances. Towels for swimming & bath provided, as well as supply of dishwasher detergent, laundry detergent, hand soaps, and paper products. The pool was crystal clear and wonderful to enjoy. Tammie added a high chair for us since we had a 1 year old in our group. 'Our stay was wonderful. David responded fast and accommodated our basketball team during the Run 4 Roses stay. Pictures look just like the house. '

'Very well kept property that had everything to make our stay comfortable & relaxing. Beautiful views on the deck & lots of wildlife to watch. Our dogs loved the glass doors so they could watch all the squirrels & chipmunks. Beds were comfy with coffee and a traditional drip coffee maker ready for us when we woke up (we are not big on Kurigs). Had fun visiting Wild Turkey, Woodford & Four Roses which are all super close to the lake house.'

'What an amazing property! It is an ideal set up for 2 couples. We went by ourselves this trip and had all the amenities you could possibly want. Midway downtown is so close we visited many of the shops and restaurants! Love this little town so friendly! And the interstate is close to get on and venture to Bourbon Tours, little surrounding towns and so many fun horse attractions. Thank you for opening your home to us! We can’t wait to return!!!'
