'The hotel itself and the rooms are extremely beautiful and clean. However, outside is full of homeless people. Some are mentally ill and others are drug addicts and highly aggressive.'

'Overall this was a wonderful hotel! I would definitely recommend and stay anytime I am in Louisville! I gave 4 stars only because we weren’t told we needed pool passes at check in. We were literally in the pool and was told we needed to leave and get the passes. '

'The toilet ran it needs some repair and the charge for parking is ridiculous ! I don’t understand why there is a charge for that. Other than that everything else was great. '
