'This is a great property! Close (walking distance) to shopping and restaurants, and an easy on/off the highway. It is bright and clean. I also love that there's a bar and restaurant in the restaurant! I would like to highlight the night front desk gentleman, Mike. The air was not properly working in our room. When I called down to ask about it, he was extremely kind and courteous, came immediately up to our room to check to see if he could get it working. When he could not get it to work...

'Very comfortable bed and the room had everything we needed. It was clean and roomy. The breakfast didn’t gave a lot of choices but it gad enough and was decent. I enjoyed my stay. The staff was friendly.'

'Prima hotel om vandaar naar de Mammoth Cave te gaan en de distileerderijen van een aantal bekende Amerikaanse merken te bezoeken.'

'Van de buitenkant en lobby van het hotel zag het er mooi uit, maar de eerste kamer die ik kreeg had bij het room enorm veel schimmel en de tweede kamer stonk naar zweet.'

'Parking was excellent. The front desk staff where awesome and breakfast was delicious. The room was cozy and clean when we arrived. We was there 3 nights and housekeeping didn't not come into our room once. Even tho we requested for them to. It states on expedia and their website "daily housekeeping" we didn't receive any and our trash was running over we had several dirty towels and even had to go down to the front desk to get more towels. That's ridiculous. '

'I want to start this off by saying the hotel was very nice, breakfast was great and the staff were very kind. We picked this hotel because it looked to be in a nice area with a lot of things to do and it looked safe. Our vehicle and multiple others were broken into while staying and the hotel does not have surveillance cameras on the parking lot. What happened to our car was not the hotel’s fault and they were very helpful, but the lack of security was concerning. '

'Great staff, handicapped rooms are not as described on the Hilton website, nice rooms but shower 'barn' doors don't open wide enough for a wheelchair to pass through'
