'Here is what makes this hotel unique is the the cleanliness of the room. Exceptional! It meets my standards. The staff is very polite, respectful with great customer service. They are prompt in attending to needs. This hotel serves hot meals for breakfast and dinner. I did not use the Hot tub. I would highly recommend this hotel to everyone. Excellent stay!!'

'Excellent! Just one word, excellent! The staff, Sammy the Manager and Jacqueline the bartender, were beyond friendly and accommodating. Felt like we were visiting with friends. The facility is so nice. Clean and well maintained. Rooms are spacious and well stocked. Breakfast was fantastic! They served REAL bacon! Most of the time it's just sausage patties but Residence Inn does REAL bacon! YUM! The only negative I have to say is that there is not an awning at the front door so if it's raining,...

'I don’t typically leave reviews, but I research ahead of time before I book places and landed on this property to stay one night while passing through Louisville. I was very pleased with our stay at this hotel from beginning to end. It was VERY clean, staff was excellent and attentive, and it was quiet. If you are me and reading reviews/weighing options to stay in Louisville, this is your sign to book here!'

'Our stay at Woodhaven was one that made lasting memories. The house is extraordinary and so beautiful with all the personal touches from Mark and Jermey. Mark and Jermey make you feel like you are a part of their family with great conversations with them and attention to details is present in every room. The food is out of this world. Woodhaven is a touch a heaven. '

'They need to fix the elevators. Employees have a letter in the elevator asking guests to contact owners bc they feel this should be done long time ago. One doesn’t work and the other one has some poorly functioning buttons. Employees were super helpful and nice. Pool is great. Close to massive mall and whole foods.'
