'Good location for where I needed to be. No one was at the check in desk. I had to wait 5 minutes for someone to show up. Front desk people do not speak clear English so it was hard to understand them. Giant roach in the room! Room, bed and bedding was run down and it felt dirty knowing there were roaches in the room. The only reason I booked this hotel was because it’s close to the airport, and thankfully I only had to stay for one night. 'This place is new and clean. The suites are lovely and nicely stocked. However, I was woke by lots of noise in the room above me. No one answered the phone at the front desk, so I couldn't even ask to have the noise addressed. Doesn't seem like the staff is paying attention. Also the breakfast food was sitting in grease. Seems like for such a nice Hilton hotel brand, that you all could do better.'
