'The ResidenZ at Bavarian Inn was a perfect place for my siblings and me to have a mini family reunion. Check-in was a breeze. There were 11 of us, all adults, and we found the home to be comfortable, spacious and met all our needs. We were there for 4 nights and had most of our meals at the residence. We brought a lot of prepared meals that just needed to be heated in the oven, but the kitchen was well-equipped. There was enough dinnerware and flatware for probably 20 to 25 people. The three...

'WHERE TO START?!! I’M NOT KIDDING If you are planning a trip to the Frankenmuth or Birch Run area, you need to book your stay here. If I could give our host, Ryan, and his property, ten stars instead of five, I would without hesitation! There were so many extra touches that were in Ryan’s rental including, but certainly not limited to, bottled water in the refrigerator, a bag of ice in the freezer, laundry soap/dryer sheets, q-tips/cotton pads, creamers/sugar packets for the Keurig coffee...

'Beautiful home. We all enjoyed our stay. We were there from Florida for my brother’s memorial service and we were able to relax and enjoy family living in the area. I would highly recommend this home for your next stay. Everything was clean and ready when we arrived. Thank you for making this difficult time a home away from home experience. '

'The home was very clean. We had everything we needed for a weekend away. The owner answered us quickly when we had a question about the door lock. The stairs are quite steep but there is a handrail on both sides which is helpful for older people. There is a tv in the upstairs bedroom which wasn’t mentioned and a cozy chair. We arrived very late and there was no lights on the outside which made it hard to find our way in. There was a Keurig in the kitchen with creamer. A welcomed morning...

'Betty thinks of everything to make your stay comfortable. She has anything you might need to cook any meal, coffee tea creamer & sweeteners, fancy candy on the coffee table. She has recently updated living room furniture, washer dryer & quilts for the bed. This is our favorite place & Betty is so accommodating. You won’t regret booking this place!! '

'Wonderful, quiet little house right on the water. The water was beautiful, but really pretty at night with all the lights. Kitchen is very well equipped and the owner is excellent at returning messages and assisting in any difficulties. Our two young granddaughters loved the tiny sandy beach right out the back door! Very clean.'

'This VRBO was very clean and inside a lovely, self-built home. We had no complaints, however, the listing could have been clearer that the owner and family live in the other half of the house and have access to walk into the renter's half of the house at any point. The owner was very friendly and accommodating to a large group. The house has lots of wildlife, which offers a relaxing stay in the woods. '
