'Our stay at Guesthouse Koundo was excellent. It’s a beautiful home located, in our opinion, in the best spot in Nikko as it is easy to walk to the popular areas as well as catch the bus to go up to the mountain. There are also wonderful neighborhood restaurants to try within walking distance. It’s in a quiet neighborhood surrounded by beautiful nature. We were kindly allowed to leave our bags early, which was a great help because we had a lot of luggage.

'去目的地時，可能因為晚間關係，最初感覺很辟靜，但經過一段路後就發現沿路兩旁都很多食肆，而最好的是酒店旁約三百米左右就有一間7-ELEVEN。位置很清優，雖然是住C型屋，即只是住一層也感到活動空間很夠。煮食工具頗齊，想火鍋或燒肉都有相應工具，尤其是燒肉，那個煎板夠六個人的食量。浴室付有「人工溫泉」浴缸夠深，浸得很舒服。唯一有點問是其實中張大床是沒有遮板，即是連住客飯廳，這個如果是一家人沒大問題，但如果是兩三對朋友則要好好商量如何分配床位。'

'This cottage is absolutely wonderful! The warm welcome by Yoshiko, the pick-up and drop off at the train station. Great breakfast and tons of tips about sightseeing in Nikko and public transportation.
Yoshiko was always ready to help and check if she could do anything for us. This really made our Japan and Nikko experience complete.'

'室内の雰囲気もよく、調理器具・食器類、何も困ることがありませんでした。
エリア内の自販機には、飲み物だけでなく、ラーメンやおにぎりなど夜食になるものもあり良かったです。
夏場は虫が増えるのか、ベープや虫除けスプレーも部屋に備え付けられており、至れり尽くせりなお宿でした。
また利用したいです！'
