'The flat was well located for the NEC and sufficiently kitted out for our needs for a one night stay. Secure parking is great. The host was very responsive and provided very detailed information about check in etc.It does need a bit of a revamp though, freezer is very iced up, bathroom is a bit tired and kitchen tap was very loose when we were there.'

'I admit I didn't really notice how many 'please mind your head' signs were pictured when booking this property, but I'm very aware of them now. The shortest of us staying was 5'10 and we all have bruises and bad backs from crawling around the place.
One of the bedrooms had no door or covering and was just open to the kitchen, the other had no curtain or blinds on the window. The automatic light in the entry way detected movement in the bedroom even when the door was closed so kept turning on in...

'This house needs to be condemned. Wow. I don't even know where to start. It was so nasty. Every surface was dirty, dishes in the sink when we arrived. The towels smelled so bad. We killed probably 20 spiders. I cant even explain how gross the shower was. The host said it was professionally cleaned. No. Then we get to the beds. They were so old and rotted. No padding on them at all. We slept with springs in our backs. There are ceilings tiles hanging down from water damage. The floor had...
