'This was a low in our 5 stop Europe trip. We drove do the location only to find out the street address (number) was not in the check in instructions. We waited an hour to have the host give us the apartment number. After checking in, I decided to call the owner to ask a few questions and to get the WiFi, as it was not in the check-in instructions. I was very courteous, but the host hung up on me after he said he could not help us with our needs for the accommodations. The apartment was dirty,...
