"Friendly and helpfull staff, clean rooms, beds are good too. Breakfast buffet not extreme but well cared for and all you really need. Walking distance from airport arrivals/departures. Convinient location for NEC and/or railway station. Restaurant is fine if you don't want to wander off to city centre. Separate nice seating area with bar and cosy seating. Free WiFi worked good."
