'We were accosted at reception by drunk patrons, upon entering the room we noticed the smell of urine, brown curious stains and smudges on the walls .. bugs on the sheets and black mold on the windows'

'The hotel was in a shady neighbourhood, the employees in the hotel are very cold and rude. The shower and water were not working for 50% of the time. The room and bed were old. In the night you can hear the music from the pub in your room'

'Was handy for location , bit unhappy when paying for breakfast there are choices on there . Didn’t get asked and had to have what was served ( fried egg.. I asked for poached eggs ) '

'People were very pleasant , although the evening staff don't really know much about what can be done in terms of moving people into different rooms. The room was fine king size, with a bit of room. I stayed with a group for a couple of days after and that room was in the eves , and claustrophobically small. Not helped by the fact that it was not possible o open the window and the fan provided merely circulated very warm air around the room . Breakfast was satisfactory. My advice is stay in...
