'Tired, run down hotel in need of investment. No breakfast, no lifts'

'Perfectly clean and functional. Useful when visiting my university student son living in Selly Oak. Didn't partake of breakfast but Morrisons and Aldi nearby.'

'Nice seeminly recently updated restaurant. Beds a not super comfy and missing a light at the headboard of the bed for reading. 10 minute walk to Underground, lot of take out / oriental easy dining places nearby. Good for solo travelling but i do not think i Will be visiting this again.'

'Arrived on Sunday evening. Had been held up at an engagement but had a table booked during my journey for 20.45. Arrived at the pub/reception at 20.53 (booking line stated I had a 15 minute grace period). Told rather rudely that the kitchen had closed ages ago. I pointed out that I'd booked a table for 20.45 to which the reply was 'well it's now 20.53'. I stated that the booking said there was a 15 minute grace period and I had been stuck in traffic during my 2 hours drive, so couldn't help...

'Staff were helpful, pleasant and friendly. Clean room and good breakfast.'

'Staff were great, room was clean/cleaned everyday with new towels and bed made. Shampoo, conditioner, soap, hairdryer all available. The location is absolutely what makes this hotel. Really close to 2 central stations, amazing restaurants, the park and Notting Hill. However, the walls were quite thin, so a lot of noise from very early in the morning, and the bed was quite small for a double. Would 100% stay here again!!'

'Schone kamer, vriendelijk personeel, goed eten en genoeg parkeer gelegenheid '

'L'hôtel est idéalement situé, non loin d'un axe principal tout en étant au calme. Proche de Lincoln, il permet d'aller visiter la Ville sans problème. La possibilité de balades le long de l'eau y ajoute du charme. Parking facile et restaurant-bar dans le même complexe.'

'Staff were very helpful and friendly. Nice pub next door, safe to go in when you don’t know the area'

'No Airconditioning. Room was very hot especially at night. No fridge. Room was a good size. Large bathroom with bath. Clean and propper. Simple but cheap breakfast. £5-9'

'Quite unclean, the shower walls had mold, the walls next to the bed is covered by a thick layer of dust. Some kind of water pump is on the roof and makes a lot of noise and vibrations, it was quite difficult to sleep.'

'Very nice hotel in the centre of southampton. Polite good personel and a very clean room, excellent breakfast.'

'The room itself was ok and the view was nice and good towels in the bathroom. But the desk was broken, there was a lot of mold in the bathroom and the ceiling, there was no shampoo and had to ask 2 times for it to get some refill. Also the internet was not working.'

'Room was clean and comfortable, although there was nowhere to hang coats/clothes (there was no hanging rail). The pedestrian route to the restaurant was a bit dark in places. Generally a good overall stay.'
