'Excellent location and very nice apartment. Next time I would ask to have the view to the London bridge. Wifi works great. There is no breakfast included, no restaurant neither. You need to deposit 50 pounds with Visa on arrival.'

'Good room, good bed, clean'

'Room was clean. Staff was very helpful. Bathroom was too small. Good area.'

'Pros: not having a cumbersome check-in process was great - particularly as it meant checking in online before arrival and not waiting in a dreaded queue upon arrival. Likewise for checking out. Cons: this location is incredibly noisy. Unfortunately it is situated right next to a pub where everyone drank outside. This issue was worsened by the terrible A/C in the room which meant either the room was too hot, or the window was open and the noise was unbearable. I would also add that safety could...

'Mooie schone kamer met een keuken wat zelfs voorzien is van een vaatwasser! Een prima kamer voor een weekend. Maar helaas geen schoonmaak als je korter dan 5 dagen geboekt hebt. Wat ik heel vervelend vond was dat er geen...

'It was OK but not great. Bathroom was very clean and the shower was excellent. Kitchen was functional, although not having a coffee maker was a significant downer. Washer worked however had talk to the office staff to get a drying rack, there is no dryer. The biggest issue was the filthy carpets in bedroom and hall. These should be replaced with vinyl flooring. I made sure we kept our socks on at all times. Also no checkout instructions, despite asking twice, so left keys in flat. Will probably...

A special mention goes to Arcona, who made our visit even more memorable. She was incredibly kind, welcoming, and helpful, and took the time to make sure we had a great experience. Her warmth and professionalism really stood out. The Tower itself is fascinating, but it is people like Arcona who add that extra personal touch that makes a visit truly...

'I like the breakfast and the terrace'
