'We had a wonderful stay for New Year with friends and family. The house was warm and comfortable, and felt very nice to be in. The garden is absolutely gorgeous and we enjoyed going out in the mornings for a cuppa (even if it was cold out!). The kitchen was well equipped, and the whole place was clean and tidy. We will definitely consider coming again! Wholeheartedly recommend. '

'Its located in a peacefull setting, wich I love. with 15 mins by car you are in Exeter which I visited. Nice town to explore.'

'This is the the most wonderful place for an 'escape'. Miles from anywhere but in the middle of the most beautiful Devon countryside. The welcome was lovely, the room was superb - as was the breakfast - in all the perfect stay.The local pub in tremendous and do very nice food but you will need to drive, the walk back would be a challenge after a few.'

'The room was very welcoming in the Milking Shed. It was warm and had a few lamps to create a soothing ambience. The little kitchen was in a lovely cupboard so the room was very tidy. There were chairs and tables that folded away. The bathroom was clean and well-equipped. With a warm towel rail. The tv had Netflix and catch-up channels. The grounds are stunning.'

'Fellows Yard was truly an amazing experience. 10 of us stayed there over Christmas and it was so much fun for everyone aged between 3-70.It is a great space for a large number of people as there are lots of different seating areas so you aren’t on top of each other the whole time. All the fixtures and fittings are done to a high standard, and nothing has been spared - Quooker tap, underfloor heating, robotic hoovers, two ovens, portable speakers to take around the grounds to name a few.
