'We travelled to Whitley Bay from York to attend a family funeral and booked this hotel for an overnight stay. We were looking for a small family run hotel with personal service and that is what we got. A lovely spacious newly refurbished bedroom with on suite, and all that we would wish for although not needed, even a microwave! The management could not have been more accommodating. Nothing was too much trouble. Cooked English breakfast was superb. Highly recommended.'

'Stayed in a studio apartment. This property is unbelievably well located for central Newcastle - five minutes to Bigg Market and ten to St James Park. Two very large 24 hour car parks are five minutes walk away. All communication was great, check in was super easy and the apartment was exactly as expected. Will definitely use again if I'm back in Newcastle'
