'The room was well equipped, spacious and comfortable, and staff eere friendly and helpful. We were very pleased with the location of the hotel, very handy to Hanmersmith Station. The was some dampness in the carpet outside the door to the bathroom, but staff promised to take care of this once I mentioed it to them. We did not have breakfast in the hotel, as we had to check out early.'

'Het hotel is goed gelegen en het personeel is zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam maar de kamers zijn super klein, het bed staat tegen de muur dus indien s’nachts naar wc moet over je partner zien te geraken. Wat ook niet kan wij verbleven 2 nachten en de kamer werd niets aan gedaan. Bed moet je zelf opmaken. Er is ook geen ontbijt te krijgen in het hotel. Het is zeer kostelijk voor wat het is. '

'The accommodation was very central and convenient. The rooms are small but are a ok size if you travel alone or size up if you are with more than one . The staff is very well trained and extremely friendly , something very rare in London . The room could be a bit cleaner though but overall i enjoyed staying here. I will definitely come back again.
