Bij grote drukte was alleen het ontbijt minder goed. Te weinig tafels en producten. Het personeel deed er wel alles aan om dit aan te vullen. '

'Lovely room ,very clean. very close to airport but planes stop at night so sleep not affected. Walking distance to BPpulse & Resorts World. Recommend you walk if weather is good & don't try to get an Uber after the show , they are useless. Camilla the host is lovely. Breakfast was good too. Recommend this as a place to stay. '

'Really clean public spaces and comfortable and clean room! Walking distance to the NEC. The staff is amazing and so kind and helpful. Breakfast is really busy when the hotel is full but the staff in the restaurant is efficient and works really hard! The only thing that I didn’t like was the room service menu. Only choice: hamburger, pizza or Caesar salad. The burger (and fries) were awful. But, I would definitely stay there again! Thank you Hilton Metropole!'

'The pictures on the Expedia don't do justice to the place. Each room is a very lovely cabin in a very peaceful area. It's 5 minutes walk to the Birmingham Arena, so if you need a place to stay after a gig, that's definitely the best solution. The business owner is also very kind and he will also give you all the information you need to move around the area.'

'This is the worst hotel I have ever booked via Hotels.com. I stayed in Room 4, right under steps and all night you can hear people going up and down. TV did not work and it was extreamly dirty behind TV. Carpet was full of stains including what looks like an Iron that burned the carpet by the bathroom. Bed skirt was coverred in stains. Chair by the desk is broken and also full of stains. Curtains are to small for the window and a blue neon light from outside keep the room very bright. Breakfast...
