'First we were given the wrong room, so we had to go back to the desk to discover why our key wasn’t working. Our room had a used shower cap hanging in the bathroom on the door hook. The mini fridge was so loud I couldn’t sleep. The hall noise is easily heard.
Breakfast was amazing and the restaurant staff (Spoonbread) were delightful.'

'Beachfront hotel… yes! As many amenities and updates as I expected from a Hilton… not quite. The bed was comfy, the majority of the staff was helpful and friendly, and the pool area was well stocked with towels and chairs. The bathroom was a little in need of updating and I really wanted that bathrobe that was listed as available.'

'Very well appointed rooms. Relaxed atmosphere and amazing rooftop. Had a great car service to take us to dinner as well.
Wonderful wonderful stay.
Gym is average but didn’t go to stay there for a workout :)'

'There were so many highlights with our stay. We were upgraded to a room with a balcony, which we found delightful. Our room was newly renovated and beautiful. Very comfortable bed and immaculately clean bathroom. Housekeeping was exceptional. Breakfast in the Palmetto Room was an outstanding start to our day, from the exquisite Bernardaud China place settings to the excellent service and food. 'when we were told that we had to pay for basic internet or had to be a convoy member, that really surprised us. on top of that, the exhaust fan in the bathroom was not working. with this being the summer time and it being humid, the bathroom was always damp after a shower. there was also a homeless person sitting by the pool access door when we came back to the hotel. this made us feel a little unsafe.'

Not very clean
People a few doors down were extremely noisy at night sometimes at 2 or 3:00 AM.
They were slamming the door and yelling and carrying on.
Called the front desk and they came and told them to be respectful and to keep it down. As soon as the staff left, they started all over again.
When we asked for towels we were told that they would bring them to the room but never did.
The water in the pool was so cloudy we couldn’t go in it!'

'Was charged a 150 dollar in room fee that I don't even know what for. I didn't buy or order anything from hotel or on tv. They won't call me back I can't even imagine what they offer that costs as much as the room. I guess I'm gonna contact my credit card and dispute it.'
