'Traveling all day it was a relief to be able to check in with Dylan at a the front desk. He was professional and pleasant. Our room was what we had asked for, and even better. Breakfast the next morning was good. The excellence of the Hampton got us on the road feeling relaxed and well rested.'

'Great place to stay! Staff was excellent! Hotel was clean! Only thing; elevator stopped working! However, had a crew there working on it as soon as it happened! Manager kept apologising! Stuff happens! I will stay there again!'

'My stay was quiet. It's tucked away near a plaza and can be a little traffic getting in an out depending on what time your coming an going. Directly next to Chili's a minute walk. Even with it being near a plaza its not in a high traffic. Overall a good stay.'

'Front deck wasn’t helpful laundry facilities didn’t work '

'We stayed for 5 nights. We had an issue with the thermostat and could not get the air conditioner on. When we made the front seat aware the manager quickly came with fans until they were able to get maintenance to switch the unit on. The facility was well kept during our stay and we had a pleasant visit to Rock Hill. '
