'This was my first time staying at a Hilton garden Inn Hotel. The atmosphere when I checked in was pleasant. My room was chilled. It was great till morning watching TV then seeing a big cockroach crawl across the floor was really not what I expected. The breakfast staff was cheerful, and helpful.'

'Pool was closed, rooms need complete renovation. Had to switch rooms as bed was unmade and tub drain was clogged. Second room bed was better, tub drain still slow. Furniture needs cleaning. Breakfast was waffles, bread, yogurt and cereal. Not close to a buffett!. Entire hotel needs renovation to be completed. 5 out of 6 icemakers defective or missing.'

'When I drove up to the facility, There were several people standing outside smoking . I saw two rooms, in the first one, the bathroom smelled so badly of urine that I would not even enter the bathroom, much less use it. In the second room the smoke smell was so bad, my sisters eyes burned. WE were promised a refund and I better get it.'

'Unfortunately, my stay was disappointing. I called early in the morning and requested room cleaning service. The front desk representative told me the message would be relayed to housekeeping, but no one ever came to clean the room during my stay. When I followed up, there didn't seem to be much concern or effort to resolve the issue. The bed was also very uncomfortable. The mattress felt extremely firm, and I could feel the springs through it. For reference, I only weigh around 140 lbs, so...
