'The staff for the most part was great with the exception that they kept putting my room number wrong for late check out which caused them to enter my room at 10am on my last day. The do not disturb sign was on the door and we were still sleeping. I was told I could check out late at 2pm, then told that was incorrect due to booking through a 3rd party. There were small black ants in the room. The pool was cloudy looking the whole stay so we could not use it. The breakfast was ok and typical....

'There is no noise barrier you hear everything I mean everything. Doors slamming middle of the night walls banging from beds and or headboards. People yelling at each other. Floors were sticky and dirty in the room. I liked that they took dogs. Carts were broken couldn’t use. Overall I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.'

'My shower was unclean, it had hair and debri . I went to the front desk to report this and asked for something to clean it. Upon checking out, I asked for a receipt, no adjustment was made to my bill for the inconvenience. I was told a manager would contact me. I had to call the hotel five days later and Jason the manager is offering me 20% off my bill. That is unacceptable. I had to call you. If you had done so from the beginning, the possibility of accepting 20% would be higher. Stay away,...

'Unfortunately, my stay was disappointing. I called early in the morning and requested room cleaning service. The front desk representative told me the message would be relayed to housekeeping, but no one ever came to clean the room during my stay. When I followed up, there didn't seem to be much concern or effort to resolve the issue. The bed was also very uncomfortable. The mattress felt extremely firm, and I could feel the springs through it. For reference, I only weigh around 140 lbs, so...
