'The kitchen had no utensils I had to buy pans and paperware. I ask for clean wash clothes and towels and I was told you have to bring the dirty ones down… never heard that in my life. No ice machine so I had to buy that too. Too many dogs on the property! Pitbull’s and other. Huge dogs! To me I think it’s half a shelter and half hotel! 'My room was dirty-food left on the floor by previous occupants, and items were broken in the bathroom-towel hook and toilet seat. Property appeared run-down. My stay had to end early, I checked in for a Mon-Fri stay and had to leave Tuesday. They refused to work with me and insisted on charging me for Mon-Fri for a room I slept in once'

'The pool was green and closed for repair. The room was clean but appeared old and not up to date with the photos seen online. The night shade was stuck in one position allowing a bright parking lot light to shine directly into the room. The shampoo and conditioner and shower soap are in canisters on the shower wall accessed by a pump which did not work on the conditioner.
