I chose this hotel to stay with my children because of the kitchen but did not have anything, even a cup, in the room for two days. The staff did what they could to provide items, but it was challenging to provide for my two children as hoped. '

The accommodations were perfect for a girl's getaway. And the Hesta rooftop bar and lounge offered the perfect ambiance for drinks while winding down with other guests. '

After using the onsite laundry facility the washer wasn’t working correctly and soaked our clothing. All I could do was hang dry them. The manager offered a dry cleaning service on the house.
