'Checked in and notified attendant we would need the 5:30am airport shuttle. Bed was comfortable but next to the pool which stays lighted all night and the curtains didn’t fully block it out. Arrived in the lobby at 5:29 to see the shuttle leave the parking lot without us. The attendant was unconcerned and stated “that’s why we tell you to arrive early”. An unanticipated delay and $15 uber ride. Not happy. '

'My vehicle was broken into. The manager said that the security staff was not working that night and apologized. Their security gate was broken, and they said that they were not willing to do anything to assist with the damages or compensate in any way. Multiple vehicles were broken into, this is not safe place to stay, and the staff was very unapologetic about it.'
