'Prima hotel. Ruime kamer, goed ontbijt. Enige minpuntje was de kille incheck bij aankomst. Receptioniste had blijkbaar haar dag niet.'

'The breakfast was very good Sausage.bacon.eggs.pancakes.waffles.bisquit and gravy'

'Breakfast was all processed foods, except for some fresh fruit. We were on the first floor near some of the amenities but it was quiet. Too many small lights on in the room (tv, microwave, clock, etc) Comfortable, clean, staff friendly and sincere. Really liked the number of hooks in bathroom and the bars at the sink to hold washcloth/hand towels.'

'Nice Hilton hotel with friendly staff.'

'The front desk guy was nice and explained everything in a good manner. The beds were comfortable and very neat. The only thing I was surprised about was that I didn't see any body lotion. Also, I didn't like the fact that the soap wasn't in the bag as it usually is, it looked like it was used.'

'Very run down property! Doors getting into lobby didn’t work to start and no signs so people just stuck in rotating door! Under staffed at check in so took over 20 minutes and then our room…the inside door to room was torn up and looked like someone tried to bust through and broke in? A little concerning. Shower drain kept getting clogged up so showered with a few inches of water. It was one night…but would not ever stay there again. Cheaper NEWER hotels nearby. Not up to a “Hilton” standard ,...

'The staff was professional and kind the room was spacious and pet friendly everything was clean very clean also the amenities where plentiful not stingy with extra everyday needs such as tissue , paper towels and etc. the food was great nothing to complain about this will be my go to every time I go to charlotte'

'My room was spacious, clean and comfortable. I had to do a Zoom meeting from my room and the lighting was poor. It needed I floor lamp next to the desk. The desk had a lamp but did not work well. There was no pen or small notepad. To reach the microwave I had to kneel to see the buttons to turn on. Overall it was a good and quiet stay.'

'As expected for a Marriott'
