'We booked this hotel not 24 hours before we attempted to cancel. I do realize, the hotel was nonrefundable, but typically under circumstances involving airports and such, a refund is given. This hotel refused our refund Expedia requested, even though they had advance notice & it was literally just booked hours prior. I would think an airport hotel would be a little more accommodating to returning guest, but I guess they needed that money for a vacant room more than our future business....

'My flight was cancelled and I was able to get a room at the hotel. The woman at the desk was professional even with more than 12 people to check in (we all had flights cancelled). Mattress in room was THE most comfortable one I’ve slept on in a hotel.'

'Ive stayed at this hotel multiple times and its very decent. However, last night the front desk was not helpful. I booked an online reservation hours prior, I went to check in amd they told me I needed a card for a "virtual wallet". I said I already paid and you can use my card for the security deposit. They said no you need to call expedia amd have them set up your virtual wallet. This was at 11pm. After 45 mins expedia gave me a number for the front desk to call amd set it up. I related the...

'The guy that checked us in was very rude. The pillows were paper thin and the shower was an absolute geyser of water. But the room did not smell of cigarettes which was awesome! And the AC was great and if you can play some white noise on your phone to drown out the fire alarm constantly beeping in the hallway, then you’ll be great!'

'Het zwembad was dicht, er was geen shuttle naar het vliegveld en er was niets in de buurt. De man achter de balie vertelde me waar ik een bushalte kon vinden maar om daar te komen moest ik een snelweg oversteken. Ik was dus aangewezen op uber taxi's.
Het slot van mijn deur viel bijna uit de muur dus eigenlijk kon iedereen zo binnenkomen'
