'This hotel is 5 stars because it has great rooms, great staff, great breakfast, the overall property is new and outstanding, the 4 floors are in an atrium, lots of stores and restaurants near by, we were totally impressed, the staff is top notch, we will be back.'

'Breakfast was your regular run of the usuals- waffle maker, fake eggs, potatoes and grits. Pastries, cereal, fruit- ok if you are not picky. Not bad for an overnight stay. Bed wasn’t as nice as I’d remembered to a Hampton Inn- a bit sunken in the middle so my back hurt in the morning. Clean though!'

'We got to the hotel later than expected and the counter was closed and there was no staff on duty in the lobby. I called Expedia and I called the property to try and get somebody to come open the front door. We were told we can’t check in after a certain time so o never received my accommodations and never even got to stay there at the hotel and was still Charged for a room i never stayed at. Most awful hotel experience I’ve ever had'

'We should have known when we pulled in and Police had assigned parking spots this was a questionable establishment. The entire facility can't even call this a hotel is filthy. It is marketed as an extended stay hotel but in reality it is a homeless shelter you get to pay to stay in. Never in all our travels have we felt the need or urgency to vacate a hotel room. When we brought our concerns to the front desk we were offered another room but can honestly say we knew from what we had seen so far...

The person who answered was extremely rude and dismissive, actually mocked us for arriving late and needing to wait, and when I complained about their attitude cancelled my reservation and decided to taunt me over it lol if the owner or manager is reading my comment, this took place at around midnight '
