'Property did not entirely match the description of the listing, but did have a few things going for it. Location was convenient, the bed was good and the shower was nicer. Other than that the place did not match the photos, and it was quite dirty, and missing a number of things shown in the photos. No smoke detectors, and the furniture was pretty rough, and did not work. TVs are great though, and the there is a yard, but it's still overgrown.'

'This is a beautiful spot! It rained and stormed our entire weekend there but we were still able to sit under the gazebo on the dock and have a relaxing weekend away. The host was courteous and allowed us our privacy but was available if needed. The neighbor was kind as well. 'We were looking for a place to spend the night after a concert in Charlotte. This was only a few miles away and it was a better deal for us to book this house than 2 hotel rooms! It's an older home but was clean and well-kept. It also had a huge backyard! I would recommend this, especially if you are looking for an extended stay with family and want to be really close to, but not in uptown.'

'This house is blocks from tons of action! It is within a short (less than 10-20mins) driving distance of even more cool areas with lots to offer. It was cute, pretty clean and even though you are in the city - the back deck, trees, birds and other nature to be enjoyed, make you feel so serene. 'Our family of 4 adults thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this beautiful condo. What a location!! The property overlooks the entire racetrack. We even decided to order takeout for dinner so we could spend as much time as possible in the condo. We had everything we needed right there for a comfortable, relaxing and fun overnight. Anyone who is into Nascar will love this rental property.'
