'Hey, it was OK. Location? Convenient but noisy. Breakfast? Yep. Coffee 24/7 which was nice at front desk area. Maid service? If you needed it. Ice? Not on my floor. Water & snacks? $$$$! Outside fire pit was a real plus and they had a little heated swimming pool!'

'This stay was awful. The first room I had the door didn't lock. None of the key cards worked (maybe an issue with the machine) so a staff member had to let us back in the room every time we wanted to leave. The bathroom, though it looked clean, had a horrible rancid smell.'

I called Expedia and I called the property to try and get somebody to come open the front door. We were told we can’t check in after a certain time so o never received my accommodations and never even got to stay there at the hotel and was still Charged for a room i never stayed at. 'We should have known when we pulled in and Police had assigned parking spots this was a questionable establishment. The entire facility can't even call this a hotel is filthy. It is marketed as an extended stay hotel but in reality it is a homeless shelter you get to pay to stay in. Never in all our travels have we felt the need or urgency to vacate a hotel room. When we brought our concerns to the front desk we were offered another room but can honestly say we knew from what we had seen so far...

'Breakfast was of poor quality. Staff had a hard time keeping up with coffee or anything, and there were not a lot of people there. The heat/AC in Rm 211 worked well, but the entire cover fell off. It is so close to one side of the king bed, that it probably gets bumped a lot. In reality that bed should have been placed in the other half of the room where the sofa is, so there is more space around the bed. However, the bed pillows and the towels were great!
