I chose this hotel because of the shuttle service. I couldn’t get anybody to answer the phone, do you have the shuttle come pick me up at 1 o’clock in the morning. I was very aggravated. So I took an Uber, define shuttle, sitting there in the front door, talking with the gal at the
In the morning when I tried to catch the shuttle and they didn’t wait for me. I was even more aggravated.
However, the manager came over to me, she completely listened to my issue that I had and why I chose this , she completely said she was going to correct this problem and then offered to drive me to the airport in her personal vehicle. Danyelle……(I think her name was)not only went way above and beyond, but she showed what real Customer Service truly is!! The kind you don’t find anymore. Danielle went way above to listen to my issue, to understand the issue, apologized, and stated that she would take care of this with her staff. I’ve never met a manager so genuinely nice and truly listened. She really wanted to know the problems and I believe she’s going to take care this issue.
It was so nice to experience, genuine, customer care! I think I’m going to send her flowers. She was so human and showed real concern for my issue.
Holiday Inn needs acknowledge this manager. She’s amazing!
