'We had a good stay at the HGI in Gastonia. Generally clean, with some signs of wear in the room, but otherwise fine. The staff was above and beyond nice and helpful at the front desk (Crystal was a standout- VERY nice!). The bartender was also nice and helpful when kids in our group wanted to order food. The lounge areas outside and in the lobby were good for adult hangouts. The ONLY things we didn't love were that the pool area was SO loud that we ended up leaving when a group of about 7...

'No “Cook to Order” breakfast as shown to have. Had tub instead of “Walk-In Shower” as shown in pictures. Toilet was lower than expected and more difficult than normal lowering down and getting up.'
