'Mooi hotel aan de rivier in lokale stijl. Enige twee nadelen was het lawaai van de helicopters en ultra lights die al vanaf ca. 7 uur in de ochtend met oorverdovend lawaai over het hotel scheerde om waterval-rondvluchten te maken. Verder hebben alle kamers zicht op de rivier, maar verhinderen grote bomen voor de kamers dat je de rivier zelf eigenlijk niet ziet.'

'Hotel ligt in een game resort, waarvoor je extra dient te betalen. Dit was mij onbekend. Hotel is mooi, house keeping is redelijk.'

'De lodge ligt schitterend aan de Zambezi. Vraag om riverview! Goed ontbijt. Het enige negatieve is dat de kamers pas om 15 uur opgeruimd werden. Er is veel te doen in Victoria Falls. Overal kan je van alles boeken. Nu hadden wij bij het hotel een boottocht geboekt en onze verbazing was dan ook groot dat de boot niet voor het hotel vertrok ( waar allemaal boten lagen ) maar dat we met een bus naar de boot werden gebracht. Goed navraag doen welke boot en wat voor een tocht.'

'Great atmosphere, helpful and friendly staff. Rooms can get a bit stuffy with only a fan. Food is great, beers are good. Prices are alright. All facilities are available but not much pressure in the watersystem during showers. Overall super! Great job Suzy and her crew! '

'I loved my stay at Lake Safari Lodge. The rooms were very comfortable with a nice seating area outside with great views of the lake. The grounds are beautiful- full of flowers and trees and with lots of seating from where you can admire different views of the lake. The view from the infinity pool is stunning. Lovely buffet breakfast with a great selection - the fruit platter is a work of art ! But most of all it was the friendliness of the staff which made my stay. From the owner to the waiting...
