'Alles was prima.

'Second stay here , some areas are still being built but a fantastic future and I look forward to seeing the finished product .'

'Een van de betere lodges in Afrika. Zeer behulpzaam personeel. Goede bedden. Heerlijke ruime luxe tent. Goed eten, goed ontbijt. Veel wildlife heel dichtbij. Genieten puur.'

'Great hospitality and cleaness!'

'It is a little bit far from central town but quietness and Value for Money is great'

'Generally run down and simple lodge. The room was huge but just missing simple things (hangers for the cupboard for instance) or a kettle for drink. No fridge like in pictures No hot water for the shower, wifi was poor (until we moved it to the room) Breakfast was poor'

'Overall a lovely place - however we selected it for the swimming pool which was green and we couldn't use it. Everything else was wonderful. The food is delicious but patience is required as it is a slow process but worth the wait'

'First of all, as of today (2019-11-24), the location given by Expedia and Google Maps for this property is that of a private housing complex, not that of the lodge! Thankfully, some locals were kind enough to bring me to one of the Richland Lodges (it's a small local chain of lodges). There, they told me none of the locations had received a booking from Expedia. Also, I was told that the Sinazeze location is actually half an hour drive out of Livingstone instead of downtown as indicated by...

'While the room was clean but if you want a place infested with ants and cockroaches and no water, unhelpful staff - this is the place! We were met with an infestation of ants. And not a couple. Millions and millions of ants. The staff blatantly refused to give us a new room stating they had treated the room but the ants returned. There were several cockroaches roaming around the room. They continuously turned off the water and had to call them to turn it on to use the shower and toilet. There...

'This place is in very nice location. There are animals outside like zebra as well but hotel needs serious renovation. There should be telephone in every room. Hangers for clothes. Etc'

'Location. Magnificent view of the Zambezi. Excellent Service.'

'The island was amazing. We were there for our honeymoon and it was very relaxing. The staff were very friendly and helpful and really made us feel at home and special. The rooms were spotless and always prepared for us (ie. bed made, turn down Service, bug nets downat night). I would highly recommend a stay here for anyone going to Victoria falls!'
