'I’d highly recommend this rental. The views are immaculate, easy of access to the beach is the easiest one could ask for. The beach was perfect mix of pure sand and big rocks to break the waves and provide a peaceful spot to sit on the beach. Including all the beautiful fish and sea turtles just 10 feet from the balcony. Very clean inside and working utilities. 'This is the 3rd condo we've stayed at in this small (18 units) complex called Harbour Beach Village. It is a second floor corner unit and without a doubt the best one we've stayed in. We are booked again in 2026. The 4 stars for cleanliness were because we observed several areas that could have been cleaned better. We provided feedback to the Host, Theo and he was glad to receive the information. The pictures on the HBV website definitely convey the interior of the unit.'

'All was even better than advertised! The condo, grounds, pool and gazebo were excellent- clean and well taken care of. Although we packed beach chairs, a cooler and a sun canopy we didn’t need them at all- they were all provided. The snorkeling just out the back door was super. The view overlooking the Caribbean was stunning. The washer/dryer were a bonus. The host and manager were responsive and friendly. We also enjoyed being within walking distance of town and the pier. This place is a gem! '

'The rooms look exactly like the pictures. The staff is so sweet and accommodating! I loved everything about my stay and would definitely come back. The only issue is it’s far away from everything but if you rent a car that solves that problem. We choose not to and the staff gave us a variety of cab services in the area which were also extremely nice and pleasant. It was amazing. '

'We had a great stay at The Fred! The room was on the smaller side, but perfectly comfortable for a couple. The hotel has a fun, vibrant vibe with great amenities. 'We stayed in coral room which is in a courtyard very safe with digital locks for room and courtyard at night! Turquoise blue shallow water right across the street for snorkeling/swimming. On site restaurant and bar was great and other dining options in any direction walkable. Plenty of local history and the people you meet are super friendly!'

'Customer service was awesome! We loved the Ruff Start bar on property, small but clean and perfect for our needs pool, and wonderful staff. We went scuba diving most days and the dive shops are all a 2 minute walk from the Victoria. We stayed on the ocean view side with balcony to watch sunsets. Spacious rooms, everything you need; nothing super fancy but we aren't fancy people. Go!'
