'This is, by far, the best house and location on the island. We had a large family with multiple small children so easy access to the beach, the outdoor seating areas and shower were a must have. This is our second time on Spanish Wells but our 7th summer in the Bahamas. The kitchen is lacking some basic items and pots and pans could use an upgrade but largely everything you need is there. 'Rosita was a wonderful hostess! Very quick and easy on communication. A nice garden in the back and a great little shop with ice cream out front. A minute walk to Remora bay for sunset cocktails and dinner. No issue at all with parking and the unit was clean!'
