'Nice hotel. Comfortable bed and good rooms. For this price point I would expect breakfast to be included but instead there are hidden costs like a parking fee and an 'Amenity Fee'. The latter is really hidden and compulsory. For a whopping $20/day one gets things that should be included for free, like a bottle of water and coffee in the room. Also access to the swimming pool and wellness are included but if you're not going to use them the hotel still expects you to pay for it. Very unfair and...

'The hotel was centrally located and great proximity to the Podium. The staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel had free parking, which today is not always a given. The only disappointment was the Bistro restaurant. The food was meh and the menu was limited. We couldnt find any staff to order and the bartender didnt initially tell us that we needed to olace our order with her.'

'This place oozes downtown class - it has a really cool interior common area and the rooms are lovely. Its location can’t be beat - lots of restaurants and bars around and a perfect spot walk to a show at the Fox, Knitting Facotry or the Bing. Also, the staff are welcoming and knowledgeable. '

'New hotel. Front lobby was closed for construction but hotel was nice. Soap/shampoo/body wash dispensers are hard to squeeze for someone with arthritis or weak hands. Lots of good food options nearby. '
