'Nice hotel. Comfortable bed and good rooms. For this price point I would expect breakfast to be included but instead there are hidden costs like a parking fee and an 'Amenity Fee'. The latter is really hidden and compulsory. For a whopping $20/day one gets things that should be included for free, like a bottle of water and coffee in the room. Also access to the swimming pool and wellness are included but if you're not going to use them the hotel still expects you to pay for it. Very unfair and...

'Voor de prijs een prima locatie en schone kamers. Bed en badkamer waren prima. We hebben er geen ontbijt gegeten. Ik betaalde iets extra voor uitzicht op de rivier, maar dat geld had ik me kunnen besparen. Van uitzicht was geen sprake. Verder is het gebouw erg gehorig. Om 1u 's nachts hoor de mensen boven je heen en weer lopen. Dus dat hield me wakker. '

'In general, I like this hotel. It is very convenient to the airport. My only complaint is that it is getting cheap in some areas. There are no glasses, or even paper cups for use in the bathroom. I had to use one of the coffee cups in the bathroom. The breakfast is also very minimal. A waffle maker, syrup, scrambled eggs, sausages, and potatoes. A danish or two would have been nice, maybe a banana would be nice. There is no help for cleaning the plates up, had to hunt for silverware,...

'Hot tub was not functioning. Limited breakfast options. Hotel is in a shady area of the city. Hotel is very rundown and needs updating, carpets are filthy. Our room was not very clean. Random hairs all over the bathroom. Stains on the sheets and towels as well as holes. Not worth the money being charged.'

'Lovely older style hotel. It was beautifully decorated and the beds were very comfortable. Staff were amazing. Only thing I noticed is maybe the showers and such could use a better cleaning or updating but I work in insurance and notice the little things. Breakfast was very good although a bit on the expense side when you are already staying at the hotel.'
