'The hotel lobby was closed when we arrived about 6pm....we had to call and get a door code for our room...only 2 towels for a 4 person room.... dried blood spot on a comforter....outlets were dirty...could hear the people in the room next door talk very clearly (no insulation or sound proofing)....sheets didn't match....no stopper for the tub to take a bath....heat/AC wouldn't keep consistent temperature. All in all in was very unpleasant experience and we will not be staying there again on...

'It was very loud . The staff was super friendly and fast check in. Bed was ok. Limited amounts of linen. No toiletries except for hand soap. Water pressure was just a trickle in shower. No in room coffee. Coin laundry was out of order. Reasonably close to the airport. '

'Voor de prijs een prima locatie en schone kamers. Bed en badkamer waren prima. We hebben er geen ontbijt gegeten. Ik betaalde iets extra voor uitzicht op de rivier, maar dat geld had ik me kunnen besparen. Van uitzicht was geen sprake. Verder is het gebouw erg gehorig. Om 1u 's nachts hoor de mensen boven je heen en weer lopen. Dus dat hield me wakker. '

'Hotel hall needs vacuumed, I don't want to go barefoot in the room the floor is old and gross. The window looks i to a trailer park. The lights have broken shades and old cords hanging out. Reception area has an awesome plant growing all over it but over all feels old and run down.'

'Nice hotel. Comfortable bed and good rooms. For this price point I would expect breakfast to be included but instead there are hidden costs like a parking fee and an 'Amenity Fee'. The latter is really hidden and compulsory. For a whopping $20/day one gets things that should be included for free, like a bottle of water and coffee in the room. Also access to the swimming pool and wellness are included but if you're not going to use them the hotel still expects you to pay for it. Very unfair and...

'Front desk man was the most melancholy person I have ever experienced at a hotel. Not helpful or even engaging. Every time we walked by he was on his phone and looked like he hated life. Our room was directly above the entrance to the hotel, so we heard the door slamming constantly. I mentioned it to said front desk man the morning we checked out, to which he replied, “Oh really?” Not an apology or how can we make this better. You literally have to be deaf to not know that door is slamming and...
