'Beautiful and secluded location, rooms impeccable as to be expected with this kind of pricing. But service.... finally we found a hotel that understands what service means and what it does to its customers. We received personal attention, from valet parking service, the check in was welcoming like a warm bath, the fabulous concierge who was extremely helpful in arranging dinner, etc... in one word the service was fantastic.'

'Pearl Beach ligt aan het prachtige Plage Saint Jean. Bij zo'n locatie verwacht je echter wat meer service. Daarnaast lag het strand vol met Sargassum. Het zou fijn zijn als ze dat voortaan opruimen. Bij het naastgelegen Eden Rock Resort gebeurt dat namelijk wel.'

'We had a fabulous stay from start to finish. All the staff were welcoming and attentive and the concierge service was super helpful with recommendations and organizing bookings for restaurants. The hotel had great amenities including the spa, and our beachfront suite was wonderful. Being able to swim out to see turtles in the lagoon was a real highlight for the whole family.'

'The property was sprawling with individual villa type accommodations. Breakfasts were excellent. Service throughout the resort was excellent. Staff was friendly and eager to help in any way they could. Beach was a little disappointing because it had sargassom washing up every day. The resort did their best to clean it up but it kept returning making the beach somewhat uninviting. The resort could have used some entertainment in the evenings, like a musician. It was very quiet. In the afternoons...
