'Our room wasn’t ready and we had to wait quite awhile. There were never cookies in the lounge; always an empty try.
Ran out of in room coffee packets and hotel said they didn’t have anymore.
They brought blankets and sheets to the sofa bed upon request but only one pillow.
Rooms were ok but just need a deep clean to get all the sand out of them.
Hotel rooms inside ok, but outside needs updates with rotting wood.
Stag just weren’t friendly. The young guy in the evening was nice but the...

'We had a very nice time. Located on a beautiful beach and has a very nice pool, anda hot tub. With a pool /beachside bar. It is a smaller place than most people I think imagine for an all inclusive, but it is a small island. And I found it charming, relaxing and absolutely perfect for us. 'First time at this property and loved it! Two pools, beautiful beach, excellent restaurant, bar. All workers are super friendly. Lounge chair covers & beach towels supplied.This is a laid back resort. Simple " island" breakfast provided. Snorkel gear, kayaks, cooler, ice provided. Frederiksted is easy walk. Rent a car to check out the rest of the island'
