'Clean, well maintained house close to the beach. Owner was very responsive to the A/C not running and it was fixed within a couple hours! Well stocked with everything we needed for cooking meals. Close to Publix as well.Great neighborhood close to tennis court, pickleball court and basketball court. '

'The house was the perfect size and located close to St. Augustine. It looks like it is new and felt like it. Two items: The couch is not really a couch it's more like a daybed, not very comfortable for relaxing/watching TV. Also, it was the coldest night of the year and the heat did not go higher than 67 degrees. It was very cold. Owner came by the second and couldn't get it fixed. He stated he would have it fixed. 'The house is open, airy, comfortable and worked out well for our stay. We loved veing so close to the historic old town area and spent two days there exploring all the museums, shops and historic spots. This house is so cute from the outside, but opens up to a house that looks and feels huge. Thank you for a great stay!'

'Perfect place to unwind in a quiet neighborhood. Minutes away from everything. Tastefully decorated and has everything you need. Parking is the only downsid. We adored this pefect little spot. '

'Nice, clean updated home in a quite suburb just minutes from downtown, it was nice the kitchen was stocked with cookware etc. Host was propmt to respond and checkin was a breeze, be aware if you want to check in early it will be a 50 fee!Otber then that'

'The beach house was excellent, spacious and well maintained. My family had a wonderful stay here and made great memories. Everything was clean upon arrival. There were plenty of extra towels, dishes and toiletries. Quiet neighborhood tucked away from the bustle and noise of the beach traffic. The dishwasher seemed a little beat up but still functional. 'It’s a nice little downstairs apartment. Host is very responsive and they take pride in their property and the service they’re providing. It is near train tracks so it can get loud a few times in the night, lol. But still enjoyed my stay, given price and walking distance to the music festival.'
